Hilary Duff pretty hot for a normal chick, but in the world of celebrity, I'm not looking for "hot for a normal chick." If I wanted to see a bunch of skanks that were "hot" based on "normal chick" standards, I would probably just watch an episode of MTV's The Hills on mute.
